It’s the dressing and optional crispy chicken. Keep the dressing low cal(fat free ranch/balsamic) and either avoid the chicken completely or DEFINITELY forbid the fried stuff, folks!

Ask me anything Wed, Feb. 08, 2012
silverrteeth-deactivated2014032 Asked:
I was considering a fast and I saw you just did a 21 day one. First off congrats! That's incredible. I had a few questions for you if you have the time: Any tips on how to keep focused? Also did it affect your ability to do day to day tasks? How much did you lose? Sorry for so many questions >_<

Hi! Thank you so much! OK so, as far as tips go I’d say what got me through it was the fact that my mind had FINALLY been ready to say, “Yup, thats it, enough is enough. Time to change things.” Much like with people with substance addiction, you can’t really do anything unless you truly want to or set your mind to it. I’d have tried so many times before but I let my brain trick me into thinking eating once, twice, three times was OK before I had eaten my way through the kitchen. The first FIVE days were the worst, but it took me a good 10 days before I stopped thinking about food every second of the day. Its really tough, but youve got to get control of your thought process. and chug water like CRAZY. I drank 10 bottles a day.

I was really lucky as far as day-to-day tasks go because I’m currently unemployed and was able to do the fast with complete rest. Although that also left me time to think about food A LOT lol. I made sure to keep away from functions that involved food or friends I knew would eat poorly or drink alcohol in front of me. I was/am basically a complete hermit until the entire process is over.

I believe I started at 175lbs - but I didn’t weigh myself before it. I could have been closer to 180 for all I know. I do know, however, that I weighed 151lbs on the last day of the fast. It was a dramatic loss - and my loved ones saw it. They saw the huge difference even halfway through it. Getting over that hump and getting the recognition is such a reward within itself it makes all the struggle worth it.

If you decide to do a fast and need any support, let me know. I also made sure to research and read about water fasting every day to keep me focused and aware of my body’s reactions.

Its been awhile!

So in October of last year I tried desperately to grasp control once again of my weight and binge eating disorder. Unfortunately, it failed. My weight climbed up to what I believe was around 175-180lbs. The weight I hadn’t been in years, my HIGHEST weight.

Luckily a little over three weeks ago I was finally mentally prepared to get back control. I successfully completely a 21 day water fast. I am currently in the refeeding process of that water fast.

As of now it is day four of breaking the fast and I’ve been drinking water, vegetable/fruit juices(juiced or 100%, not the sugary kind sold at stores.) as well as eating 2 pieces of fresh fruit. Today I will introduce whole vegetables back into my diet. I’m so excited to eat asparagus, you have no idea.

If you have the weight to lose and can manage a water fast safely, I strongly suggest it. It has given me mind clarity, my insomnia is cured, my shakes are nearly gone and my depression has seemed to have lifted greatly.

Now I’ll be back to posting here regularly with my meals and exercises as they come.

KELLY OSBOURNE TO CHRISTINA AGUILERA:
"That bitch called me fat for years, well I was never THAT FAT!"
(About Aguilera’s recent weight gain and the awful outfit she wore at the MJ tribute concert.)
Now I don’t like Christina Aguilera or anything, but guess what Kelly?
YEAH, YOU WERE THAT FUCKIN’ FAT.
What a hypocritical bitch. She loses 50lbs and suddenly it’s OK to be a cunt? Don’t think so.
